1. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your package.

2. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are not provided for cancellations. The initial booking deposit is non-refundable.

3. How far in advance should I book my session?
The sooner, the better! Popular dates fill up quickly, so early booking ensures you secure your preferred time and date. Occasionally, we have last-minute spots available—reach out to check availability!

4. When will I receive my photos/videos?

  • Portraits: Final edits will be delivered within one week of your session.

  • Events and Videos: Turnaround time is typically two to three weeks.

5. How will I receive my photos/videos?
Final photos and videos are delivered through an online gallery where you can view, download, and order prints.

6. Will I receive all photos from the shoot?
No, we carefully curate the best-quality photos that represent your session. Test shots, duplicates, and bloopers are excluded. The number of photos provided depends on the package you select.

7. Do you edit or retouch photos?
Yes! All photos go through professional retouching, including color corrections, exposure adjustments, and clarity enhancements. For portrait sessions, we also remove blemishes, flyaway hairs, and minor skin imperfections.

8. Do you offer digital prints?
Yes, your online gallery includes an integrated store where you can purchase high-resolution prints in a variety of sizes and styles.

9. What should I bring to a portrait session?
Bring anything that reflects your vision! Outfits, props, or any personal items you’d like to include are welcomed. Let us know your ideas when booking, and we’ll help bring them to life.

10. Do you have props or a backdrop?
Yes, we offer backdrops and props for indoor portrait sessions. If you need specific props or accommodations, let us know in advance. We also encourage clients to bring their own props for a personal touch.

11. What if there is bad weather on the day of our outdoor session?
In case of bad weather, we’ll reschedule to the next best available date to maintain the quality of your shoot. The final decision will be made by the photographer, and you’ll receive updates via email.

12. Are you willing to travel?
Yes! We’re happy to travel for your session. Shoots outside of the Orlando, FL area will incur a travel fee, which varies based on location and session requirements. Please email bookings@shinelightproductions.com for details.

13. Where are you located?
Shinelight Productions is based in Kissimmee, FL.

14. Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we do! Gift certificates start at $25 and can be applied to any package or used to purchase a full session. To purchase, email shinelightus@gmail.com with the recipient’s name and desired amount.
